Fudge Icing

Combine in small saucepan:

1 c. sugar

1/2 c. cocoa

1/4 c. milk

1/4 c. butter

1 t. vanilla

Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat, beat until thickened.

Pour over cooled cake or cookies.

Mom’s Famous Waldorf Frosting

Put a medium sized bowl in the freezer, along with the beaters to your mixer, about 1/2 hour before making this frosting.

Mix in chilled bowl:

2-3 c. chilled whipping cream

1-1 ½ c. confectioner’s sugar

1/2 -3/4 c. cocoa

¼ t. salt

Whip until desired doneness.
